子宫肌瘤患者实施子宫全切术的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience on The Patients of Total Hysterectomy for Uterine Fibroids

目的：研究分析子宫肌瘤患者实施子宫全切术的临床护理方式。方法根据我院2012-2014年的20例子宫肌瘤子宫全切手术治疗的患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分成对照组和观察组，对照组患者使用常规护理，观察组患者使用综合护理，对两组患者的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的临床护理满意度为100%，高于对照组，P〈0.05。结论使用子宫全切手术治疗子宫肌瘤时，患者接受综合护理的效果比较好，对其心理不良情绪具有很好的改善效果，能够缓解患者的病痛，患者康复更加快速。

Objective To study clinical nursing mode for the patients of total hysterectomy in view of uterine fibroids. Methods 20 patients of total hysterectomy for uterine fibroids in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were selected into observation group and the control group. The control group patients received conventional nursing care,and the observation group patients received comprehensive nursing care. The effects of clinical nursing care of two groups were compared. Results The clinical nursing satisfaction in observation group was 100%,higher than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion During implement of total hysterectomy for uterine fibroids,the acceptance effect of comprehensive nursing is better. The comprehensive nursing can improve psychological negative emotions,release the pain of patients,and accelerate the rehabilitation of the patients.
