慢性肛瘘并发非特异性溃疡性结直肠炎的临床诊治研究

Clinical Study of Nonspecific Ulcerative Colitis Complicated With Chronic Anal Fistula

目的：研究慢性肛瘘并发非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床治疗方法。方法将我院在2013年1月-2014年1月所收治的134例慢性肛瘘并发特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组67例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上配合芪葛合剂灌肠治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率为94.03%，对照组的治疗有效率为62.69%，随访一年，观察组的复发率更低，患者恢复效果更好，P〈0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论临床上治疗慢性肛瘘并发非特异性溃疡性结肠，在常规治疗基础上配合芪葛合剂治疗效果更显著，可提高治愈率，降低复发率。

Objective To analyze and research the clinical treatment of chronic anal fistula complicated with nonspecific ulcerative colitis. Methods 134 patients with chronic anal fistula complicated with nonspecific ulcerative colitis patients in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were divided into the control group and the observation group,each group has 67 cases. The control group used conventional treatment,and the observation group used Qige mixture enema treatment on the basis conventional treatment. Then compared the effect between the two group. Results The effective rate of observation group was 94.03%,and it of the control group was 62.69%. After fol ow-up one year,the observation group had lower recurrence rate and better recover,the difference of two groups have statistical significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The conventional therapy add the treatment effect of Qi Ge mixture used in treatment of chronic anal fistula complicated with nonspecific ulcerative colon conclusion have more significant,can improve the cure rate,and reduce the recurrence rate.
