健脾补肾活血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical Study of Invigorating the Spleen and Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation Method in Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的健脾探讨补肾活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及应用价值，方法选用我院于2013年12月-2014年6月间收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者60例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，其中对照组患者在基泰降糖治疗的基础上，给以洛汀新治疗；观察组给予补肾活血方治疗．对比分析两组患者的中医症候疗效和血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿白蛋白排泄率、肝肾功能等指标结果接受治疗后，观察组患者总有效率为86．67％（27／30），中医症候改善率为9333％（28／30），观察组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿白蛋白排泄率、肝肾功能等指标与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05），结论在早期糖尿病肾病的临床诊治过程中，采用健脾补肾活血治疗方法．疗效显著，中医症候改善率良好。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy and apphcation ofJianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy value. Methods Selected 60 early diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital from 2013 December to 2014 June. Then all patients were divided to the control group （ n=30 ） and observation group （ n=30 ） . In control group, patients was given Lotensin treatment on the basic hypoglycemic therapy. In observation group, patients was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction＂. Then we compared indicator, mclnding curative effect, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin excretion rate, liver and kidney fnnction index. Results After the treatment, patients the total effective rate was 86.67% m the obser-,ation group. TCM symptom improvement rate was 93.33% （ P〈0.O5 ） . Conclusion In the process of clinical diabmosis and treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
