中药治疗寻常痤疮文献的系统评价及用药规律探索

Exploration of Literature System Evaluation and Medication Principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的对中药治疗寻常痤疮的文献进行系统评价,研究其用药规律。方法采用计算机对EMbas光盘数据库、Cochrance图书馆、Medline进行检索,并随机搜索来自于中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库等宣布随机对照实验研究,筛选有效的文献,提取相关的中药治疗寻常痤疮文献,进行质量评价和数据分析。结果从纳入的100份随机对照试验文献来看,所有文献均显示中药治疗寻常痤疮效果更优。结论从本研究所得的结果来看,中药治疗寻常痤疮的效果要优于西药治疗,且中药治疗寻常痤疮的用药规律更偏向于清热药物。

Objective To explore of literature system evaluation and medication principle of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Searched by the computer to the EMbas disk data,Cochrance library and Medline,randomly searched from China periodical ful text database and China biomedical literature database. Screened the effective documents,extraction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne vulgaris literature,and made quality evaluation and data analysis. Results From 100 randomized control ed trials were included in the view of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment,al the literature showed unusual sit bed is better. Conclusion From the results obtained from the point of view,traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne vulgaris is much better than the effect of Western medicine,and traditional Chinese medicine and medication rule in the treatment of acne vulgaris is more biased in favor of heat clearing drugs.
