中药治疗痛风临床疗效Meta分析

Meta Analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Treatment in Gout

目的对中药治疗痛风的疗效展开系统评价。方法对已发表的中药治疗痛风相关研究文献进行检索,并采用Rev Man4.0软件进行统计学分析。结果共有20个随机对照试验,1400例患者符合纳入的标准。相比于西药组,中药组的有效率合并检验分级结果具体为:P<0.00001,Z为4.71,合并后RR值为1.07,95%的可信区间为(1.03,1.09);不良反应发生率的比较检验结果具体为:P<0.00001,Z为11.41,合并后OR值为0.04,95%的可信区间为(0.04,0.09)。结论与西药治疗痛风相比,采用中药治疗的疗效更为显著,且不良反应的发生率更低。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gout. Methods Published literatures were retrieved on treatment of gout of Chinese medicine. Statistical analysis was performed using RevMan4.0 software. Results A total of 20 randomized control ed trials met the inclusion criteria,including 1400 patients. Compared with the western medicine group,Chinese medicine group with the efficiency of inspection and classification results：P〈0.00001,Z=4.71,the combined RR value was 1.07,95%CI（1.03,1.09）;the incidence of adverse reaction to compare test results：P〈0.00001,Z=11.41,the OR after the merger 0.04,95%CI（0.04,0.09）. Conclusion Compared with western medicine in the treatment of gout,the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment is more obvious and lower incidence of adverse reactions.
