探讨中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Manipulation Combined With Duhuojisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 研究分析通过中医骨伤手法和独活寄生汤治疗后，腰椎间盘突出症状改善情况。方法 2010年1月-2012午1月期间我院接收了68例腰椎间盘突出患者的临床资料进行分析研究．这些患者通过中医骨伤手法和独活寄生汤来进行治疗，同时观察其临床效果结果全部患者中共有26例治愈，34例显效，5例进步，3例无效，临床有效率是88．2％。结论 为腰椎间盘突出患者使用中医骨伤手法和独活寄生汤的治疗效果比较优秀，临床有效率较高，治疗效果突出，适合长期使用，远期效果优秀，相比西医治疗，效果更加好，无毒副作用，安全性比较高。

Objective To study therapeutic effecot of manipulation combined with Duhuojisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 68 patients with lumbar disc herniation were analyzed and studied during the period from 2010 January to 2012 January m our hospital. Through manipulation and Duhuo Jisheng decoction, we observed its clinical effect. Results 26 cases were cured in the Communist Party of China in all patients, 34 cases were cured, 5 improvement, 3 invalid. Clinical efficiency was 88.2% . Conclusion The clinical effect is good, high efficiency, no toxic side effect and high security using ntanipulation and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction for the patients with lumbar disc herniation.
