阴虚型十二指肠溃疡采用益胃汤合乌贝散治疗的临床探讨

Clinical Study of Yin Deficiency Type of Duodenal Ulcer by Yiwei Decoction Combined With Wubeisan Treatment

目的：探究阴虚型十二指肠溃疡采用益胃汤合乌贝散进行治疗的临床效果，并进行分析探讨。方法随机选取2013年11月-2014年11月在我院进行治疗的十二指肠溃疡患者120例，经过诊断这些患者所患的十二指肠溃从中医的角度上看均属于阴虚型十二指肠溃疡，将其随机分为实验组和常规组，每组由患者60例，实验组患者给予益胃汤合乌贝散进行治疗，常规组患者给予法莫替丁进行治疗，治疗60天后，对比两组患者临床疗效的差异性，并进行分析。结果实验组患者的总有效率为95.0％，常规组患者的总有效率为71.7％，两组患者总有效率间的差异具有统计学意义，P〈0.05。结论益胃汤合乌贝散作为一种中药制剂，对于阴虚型十二指肠溃疡的治疗在临床试验中表现出较好的疗效，而且临床上副作用较小，药性温和。

Objective To explore clinical effect of yin deficiency type on duodenal ulcer by Yiwei Decoction combined with Wubeisan treatment. Methods Randomly selected 120 patients with duodenal ulcer patients treated from November 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital. These patients with duodenal ulcer belong to yin deficiency type from the Chinese point of view. These patients were randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group,each group consisting of 60 patients. The patients received Yiwei Decoction combined Wubeisan treatment in the experimental group. The routine group were treated with famotidine treatment. Treating 60 days,the differences were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95%in in the experimental group. The total effective rate was 71.7%,with statistical y significant difference in total effective rate between two groups,P〈0.05. Conclusion As a Traditional Chinese Medicine preparation for the treatment of yin deficiency type duodenal ulcer, Yiwei Decoction combined with Wubeisan treatment showed better efficacy in clinical trials. The clinical side effect is mild.
