中医中药治疗脑血栓疗效分析

Effect of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Thrombosis

目的：分析脑血栓疾病使用中医治疗的临床效果。方法2013-2014年我院对60例脑血栓患者进行了研究分析，使用随机分组的方式来将患者分成对照组和观察组，对照组30例患者使用西医治疗，观察组患者在常规西医治疗的基础上使用中医治疗，对两组患者的临床康复情况对比分析。结果对照组接受西医治疗的有效率是64.32%，观察组患者的治疗有效率是97.23%，两组的治疗有效率存在显著差异性，结果说明，西医治疗基础上使用中医治疗，能够让患者的血栓症状得到显著改善。结论通过西医和中医治疗脑血栓的临床效果比较，西医结合中医的治疗效果更佳优秀，患者的神经功能和临床症状改善情况均较好。

Objective To study the clinical effect of t traditional Chinese medicine treatment for cerebral thrombosis. Methods 60 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis were studied and analyzed from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital,patients were divided into a control group and the observation group,control group using western medicine treatment,the observation group using TCM treatment on the conventional western medicine treatment,the clinical recovery of the two groups were compared. Results 60 patients received different treatment, the results showed that the control group efficiency was 64.32%,the treatment efficiency in the observation group was 97.23%,there are significant differences in two groups,results indicate that TCM with western medicine,can significantly improve the patient′s symptoms. Conclusion Treatment of cerebral thrombosis in different ways,treatment of Western medicine combined traditional Chinese medicine was better,Neurological symptoms and clinical improvement is better.
