中医治疗卵巢功能早衰的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure

目的：探讨中医治疗卵巢功能早衰的临床效果。方法将我院在2011年4月-2013年4月所收治的120例卵巢功能早衰患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组患者采用常规的西医治疗方法进行治疗，观察组患者实行中医治疗的方法。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗结果显示，观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组患者。观察组患者治疗后的血清E2、FSH、LH情况优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在治疗卵巢功能早衰的过程中，采用中医治疗的方法能够获得确切的临床效果，有效改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM treatment on premature ovarian failure. Methods 120 patients with premature ovarian failure in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2014 were randomly divided into control group（n=60）and observation group（n=60）. The patients treated with Western conventional treatment in the control group. The patients added the method of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment in the observation group. Then compared the clinical curative effect of two groups patients. Results The patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group. Serum E2,FSH,LH were better in the observation group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the process of premature ovarian failure treatment,TCM treatment can obtain the exact clinical effects and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
