小儿消积止咳口服液治疗支气管肺炎伴食积临床疗效观察

Effect Observation on Children Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid in Treatment of Bronchial Pneumonia Patients With Dyspepsia

目的：研究小儿消积止咳口服液治疗支气管肺炎伴食积的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年6月-2014年7月收治的66例小儿支气管肺炎伴食积的患儿，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组33例，给予对照组在常规抗菌、抗病毒以及补液治疗的基础上加用盐酸氨溴索糖浆治疗，给予实验组在常规抗菌、抗病毒以及补液治疗的基础上加用小儿消积止咳口服液治疗，观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果所有患儿经过治疗后，实验组患儿治疗的总有效率为93.9％（31/33），对照组患儿治疗的总有效率为78.8％（26/33），实验组患儿治疗的效果优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P〈0.05。结论针对小儿支气管肺炎伴食积，采取小儿消积止咳口服液治疗，可以取得较好的治疗效果，其副作用小，不良反应少。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Children Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia patients with dyspepsia. Methods Selected 66 children with bronchial pneumonia and dyspepsia in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2014. The control group based on conventional antibacterial,antiviral and rehydration therapy plus treatment with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Syrup. The experimental group in the conventional antibacterial,antiviral and rehydration therapy based on the use of Children Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid. Results The total effective rate was 93.9%（31/33） in the experimental group. The control group were treated with a total effective rate of 78.8%（26/33）. The effect of the treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the children with bronchial pneumonia with indigestion,taking Children Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid treatment,can achieve better treatment effect.
