中药内服外敷治疗输卵管阻塞的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Fallopian Tube Obstruction

目的：探讨中药内服外敷治疗输卵管阻塞的临床疗效。方法选取2013年11月-2014年11月我院就诊的输卵管阻塞患者共100例，其中，采用中药内服外敷治疗输卵管阻塞的50例作为观察组，采用宫腔注药治疗的50例作为对照组，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.00％；对照组总有效率74.00％，观察组和对照组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床在治疗输卵管阻塞时，可以采用中药内服外敷治疗治疗方法，能有效改善患者治疗效果，提高预后质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of fal opian tube obstruction. Methods Selected 100 cases of patients with fal opian tube obstruction in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014. 50 cases were using traditional Chinese medicine treatment which were regarded as the observation group,50 patients were using intrauterine injection treatment which were regarded as control group. Compared the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96%,the total effective rate of control group was 74%,the therapeutic effect of two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment method can be used in the clinical treatment of tubal obstruction. The method can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve prognosis quality.
