摘要
目的观察中医药治疗消化系肿瘤化疗后肾阳虚证的临床效果。方法收集符合标准的病例88例,随机分成中药组、西药组各44例,中药组应用三仙方颗粒剂,西药组选用胸腺肽肠溶片治疗,对消化系肿瘤化疗后肾阳虚证的治疗效果及副作用、生活质量观察。结果中药组在改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量和提高机体的免疫功能等方面,均优于西药组,并且中药组治疗后无明显的毒副反应。结论中医药综合治疗对消化系肿瘤化疗后肾阳虚证患者有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer after chemotherapy of kidney yang deficiency syndrome. Methods Collected gg cases in accordance with the standards and randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group with 44 cases in each group, Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group by Sanxian recipe granule, the thymosin enteric coated tablets treatment, to observe the therapeutic effect and side effects of kidney yang deficiency syndrome, gastrointestinal quality of life after cancer chemotherapy. Results After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine group in improving clinical symptoms of patients, improve the patient＇s quality of life and improve the body＇s immune function and so on, were significantly better than western medicine group and no obvious side effects. Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on the digestive system tumor after chemotherapy in patients with kidney yang deficiency syndrome.
