探讨溃疡性结肠炎的中医针灸治疗

Study of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的：探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者接受中医针灸治疗的临床效果。方法对我院2011-2012年接收的80例溃疡性结肠炎患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分组为观察组和对照组，两组均有40例，对照组采取美沙拉嗪治疗，观察组使用针灸和中药灌肠治疗，对两组患者的治疗情况进行研究分析，比较一年随访结果。结果观察组患者共有14例治愈，21例显效，5例有效，临床有效率是100%，对照组有4例治愈，8例显效，21例有效，7例无效，总有效率77.78%。两组的总有效率存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者接受中医针灸治疗的临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of acupuncture treatment in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods According to 80 cases of ulcerative colitis patients in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 who were received for research and analysis. These patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 40 cases. The control group received mesalazine treatment while observation group use of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine enema. The treatment result was s compared by one year follow-up results. Results 14 cases were cured,21 cases were significant effect,5 cases were effective,clinical efficiency was 100% in observation group. In the control group,4 cases were cured,8 cases were significant effect,21 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency was 77.78%. There was significant difference between the total efficiency（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of acupuncture treatment in patients with ulcerative colitis is very significant.
