摘要
目的：探讨中医肿瘤治疗采取益气健脾治疗方式的实际效果。方法2012-2013年我院共选取了70例肿瘤患者来进行研究分析，全部患者在常规治疗基础上应用益气健脾治疗，观察患者接受中医益气健脾治疗的效果，为以后的临床治疗提供可靠的依据。结果共有36例患者3年后仍然存活，三年存活率是51.43%，有27例出现并发症，并发症发生率是38.57%；3例患者接受化疗，患者的生活自理能力正常，需要休养，无法进行工作。全部70例肿瘤患者接受益气健脾中医治疗后，其存活率有所提升，并发症几率也有显著改善。结论肿瘤患者接受中医益气健脾治疗，其临床治疗效果突出，安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of TCM spleen Qi in tumor. Methods Selected 70 patients with cancer for research and analysis in our hospital from 2012 to 2013. Spleen Qi treat method was used on the basis of the conventional treatment,observed the effect of TCM Spleen Qi in order to provide a reliable basis for future clinical treatment. Results 36 patients were still alive after three years,three-year survival rate was 51.43%,there were 27 cases have complications,the complication rate was 38.57%,3 patients receive chemotherapy,the self-care ability of the patient was normal but they can′t work because they need to rest. The survival rate was improved after all the 70 cases of cancer patients receiving treatment of Spleen Qi,the probability of complications were also significantly improved. Conclusion The clinical effect of cancer patients with Spleen Qi treatment is prominent,safe and reliable.
