探讨中医治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果及安全性

To Investigate the Cinical Effect and Safety of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Arrhythmia in Coronary Heart Disease

目的：分析中医疗法在冠心病心律失常的治疗中的应用效果。方法2013年2月-2014年3月，我院共收治100例冠心病心律失常患者，并将其按照随机的方式列入观察组与对照组，每组各为50例。对照组应用西药疗法，观察组则使用中医疗法。结果治疗后，对比两组患者的治疗有效率和心功能各项指标情况以及不良反应的发生率，观察组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在冠心病心律失常的治疗中，中医疗法可改善患者的心功能，提高治疗有效率。

Objective To analyze the effect oftraditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods From February 2013 to March 2014,100 cases of coronary heart disease（CHD）patients with cardiac arrhythmias were treated in our hospital,and patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine therapy,observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Results After treatment,compared two groups of patients with treatment efficient,cardiac function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions,the result showed that observation group were significantly superior to control group,the result had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease,the traditional Chinese medicine therapy can significantly improve the patient′s heart function,improve the treatment efficiency.
