摘要
目的探讨人性化带教模式在妊高症合并宫缩乏力性产后出血护理带教中的应用效果。方法将100名护生随机分成观察组和对照组,各50名护生,分别采用人性化带教模式和常规护理带教模式,观察两组护生的临床护理带教效果。结果观察组护生的理论考核成绩和技能考核成绩均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组护生对带教模式的满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论人性化带教模式能提高带教效果。
ObjectiveTo explore the application of nursing humanized teaching mode in pregnancy induced hypertension combined with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods Divided 100 nursing students into observation group and control group randomly, each 50 nursing students of group, observed effect in two groups of nursing humanized teaching mode and common teaching mode.Results Observation group nursing students theory and skills assessment results were better than control group,P〈0.05, there was a statistical meaning. Observation group nursing students satisfaction higher than control group, P〈0.05, had a statistical meaning.Conclusion Humanized teaching mode can improve the teaching effect.
