郑州地区2009~2013年无偿献血者中ABO、Rh血型分布调查

Investigation and Analysis on ABO and Rh Blood Group Among the Blood Donors in Zhengzhou

目的：通过调查郑州地区无偿献血者中ABO血型及Rh血型分布情况，为制定合理的采供血计划提供依据，减少血液资源的浪费，保证临床用血供应及时。方法调查统计郑州地区2009～2013年无偿献血者ABO、Rh血型，对其进行统计分析。结果2009～2013年无偿献血人数共计857545人次，ABO血型分布情况：郑州地区857545名献血人员中ABO血型分布为B（31.2％）＞O（29.7％）＞A（28.7％）＞AB（10.4％）。Rh血型分布情况：B（0.46％）＞A（0.44％）＞O （0.40％）＞AB（10.4％）。结论了解郑州地区ABO、RH血型分布特点，为献血管理以及输血安全提供参考。

Objective To investigate the distributions of ABO and Rh blood groups in Zhengzhou city, for the purpose of providing a reasonable basis for making blood collection program and reducing waste of blood resource to ensure blood supply for clinical use timely.Methods Investigated and added up ABO, Rh blood groups of blood donors from 2009 to 2013, and statistical analysis was done.Resulst The total number of voluntary blood donation was 857 545 people. The ABO blood group distribution was B（3 1.2%）〉O（29.7%）〉A（28.7%）〉AB（10.4%）. The Rh blood type distribution was B （0.46%）〉A （0.44%）〉AB （10.4%） 〉O（0.40%）.Conclusion To comprehend distribution characters of ABO and Rh blood groups in Zhengzhou city, provide reference for blood donation and transfusion safety management.
