心电图与心电向量联合诊断冠心病心肌缺血的临床价值

The Clinical Value in the Diagnosis of Myocardial Ischemia of Coronary Heart Disease Electrocardiogram and ECG Vector Combination

目的研究分析心电图和心电向量在冠心病心肌缺血患者的临床诊断应用效果,为临床使用该诊断方式提供参考。方法根据我院接收的50例冠心病患者来进行研究分析,共有男性患者26例,女性患者24例,最小患者28岁,最大患者70岁,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组,均有25例,对照组使用心电工作站仪器进行诊断,观察组使用心电图和心电向量联合检查。对两组患者的心电图与心电向量检查的阳性结果进行观察。结果对两组患者进行了诊断检查后,观察组患者的阳性诊断率是40%,对照组是34%。结论临床中冠心病心肌缺血患者接受心电图和心电向量联合诊断的效果比较好,阳性诊断率比较高,是目前比较可靠的诊断方式,能够改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effect analysis of electrocardiogram and ECG vector in the clinical diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease and provide diagnostic methods for the clinical. MethodsAccording to the 50 cases of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis, a total of 26 male patients and 24 female patients with minimum 28 years maximum patients 70 years of age, these patients were grouped into control group and observation group, 25 cases in control group were, using ECG workstation instrument for diagnosis, observation group the use of ECG and VCG joint inspection. The positive results of two groups of patients’ electrocardiogram and ECG vector examination were observed.ResultsThe results of two groups of patients are diagnosed after examination, observation group patients positive diagnosis rate is 40%, the control group is 34%. ConclusionClinical myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease in ECG and VCG accept joint diagnosis effect is better, the positive diagnosis rate is relatively high, is more reliable diagnostic methods at present, improved the quality of life of patients obviously.
