摘要 目的:探讨分水岭脑梗塞行介入治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2011年1月~2014年6月间在我院接受介入治疗的28例分水岭脑梗塞患者临床资料。结果本组28例患者介入治疗后狭窄动脉直径均恢复到80%以上,随访6个月,发生2例支架外再狭窄(占7.14%),其余26例均未发生再狭窄(占92.86%)。结论介入治疗分水岭脑梗死可有效改善患者颈动脉狭窄,治疗效果显著。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional therapy for cerebral watershed infarction.MethodsRetrospective analysis 28 cases of clinical data of patients with cerebral watershed infarction underwent interventional treatment from 2011 January to 2014 September in our hospitalResultsAfter interventional treatment of stenosis arteries 28 cases of patients were restored to more than 80%, follow-up of 6 months, 2 cases of stent restenosis occurred outside (7.14%), the other 26 cases had no restenosis (92.86%).Conclusion Interventional treatment of cerebral watershed infarction can improve the patients with carotid artery stenosis effectively, signiifcant curative effect.
