小骨窗微创手术治疗脑出血疗效分析

To Explore the Curative Effect of Small Bone Window of Minimally Invasive Surgery for Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探究利用小骨窗微创手术在治疗脑出血方面的临床疗效与价值。方法在我院收治的脑出血患者中,随机抽取50例。根据入院时间的先后顺序平均将其分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者接受小骨窗微创手术治疗,对照组患者接受常规的清血肿手术。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92%,明显高于对照组的60%(P<0.05)。结论两组患者接受不同的手术方式治疗后,其身体的恢复情况出现了明显的差异。采用小骨窗微创手术治疗的患者并发症的发生率较低,身体的恢复情况较好,同时患者身体所承受的痛苦较少。

Objective To explore the clinical value and curative effect of small bone window of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Randomly 50 cases patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital. Divided into observation group and control group according to the average admission time. Observation group of patients with small bone window of minimally invasive surgery treatment, the control group patients’ clear hematoma of conventional surgery. Contrast the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results Observing group total effective rate was 92%, signiifcantly higher than the 60% in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The two groups of patients treated with different ways of operation, the recovery of the body there is an obvious difference. By small bone window of minimally invasive surgical treatment of patients and its incidence is low, the body recovery is good, and the pain of the patients on the body at the same time is less.
