肺减容手术治疗重度肺气肿的临床效果分析

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Lung Volume Reduction Surgery for Severe Emphysema

目的讨论并分析在中度肺气肿中引入肺减容手术方法的临床价值。方法以CTR=2.5对患者进行分组,然后对患者术后的肺容量、呼吸困难指数等指标进行分析和比较。结果本组50例患者中除去1例患者手术死亡以外,其余均痊愈出院,手术后各项指标较之手术前都有很大程度的提高(P<0.05)。结论在重度肺气肿患者的治疗中引入肺减容手术具有一定的临床效果。

Objective To explore the surgery method clinical value of moderate emphysema into lung volume reduction.Methods Divided patients for group into CTR=2.5, compared and analyze the patients postoperative lung capacity, and dyspnea index. Results Expect 1 patients died in 50 cases, the rest were recovered and discharged, the indicators after the operation has greatly improved than before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Severe emphysema patients lead in introduced in lung volume reduction surgery treatment has certain clinical effect.
