摘要
目的：对小儿糖尿病的临床治疗进行探讨。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年1月间收治的糖尿病患儿30例进行回顾分析。结果经过临床有效治疗，有2例患者在治疗24 h之后血糖情况恢复正常，有24例患者在治疗7天后病情得以控制，血糖指标恢复，其余4例患者在进行治疗3周内血糖得到控制，伴有酮症酸中毒的患者也得以纠正。结论对小儿糖尿病患者进行合理有效的治疗，可以对血糖进行控制并可使患者病情平稳，提高生存质量。
Objective Discussed the clinical treatment of children with diabetes.Methods Selected 30 cases of diabetes from January 2013 to January 2014 in our Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results After clinically effective treatment , 2 patients after 24 hours of treatment blood sugar back to normal , there are 24 patients in the treatment of the disease for 7 days to control blood sugar recovery , and the remaining 4 patients during the three weeks of treatment to control blood sugar patients with ketoacidosis also be corrected.Conclusion Children with diabetes reasonable and effective treatment, and control of blood sugar can make the patient＆#39;s condition stable, improving the quality of life.
