颅内静脉窦血栓形成的早期诊断和治疗体会

Experience of Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracranial Venous Sinus Thrombosis

目的：探究颅内静脉窦血栓形成的早期诊断及治疗。方法采用回顾性方法分析，选取我院自2011年12月~2014年12月以来收治的19例颅内静脉窦血栓患者的临床资料，所有患者给予CT或MRI、MRV扫描，均给予对症治疗，观察诊断及治疗效果。结果 CT阳性率42.11%；MRI联合MRV阳性率89.47%；治疗总有效78.95%。结论颅内静脉窦血栓采用MRI联合MRV扫描有着较高的诊断率，可作为早期诊断方法，且给予对症治疗，能够有效改善患者神经系统功能缺损度。

Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis.Methods Analysis by a retrospective method, the clinical data of 19 cases of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis patients in our hospital from 2011 December to 2014 December were collected. All patients were given CT or MRI, MRV scan and symptomatic treatment, diagnosis and curative effect were observed.Results CT positive rate was 42.11%, the positive rate of MRI combined with MRV 89.47%, total treatment effective 78.95%.Conclusion Diagnose by MRI combined with MRV scan for cerebral venous sinus thrombosis has a high diagnostic rate, which can be used as an early diagnostic methods, and symptomatic treatment can effectively improve degree of patients neurological function defect.
