摘要
目的：探讨胃出口梗阻的治疗体会。方法对2012年4月～2013年1月收治的44例手术患者其中8例出现胃出口梗阻的患者进行资料分析。结果经治疗后，8例患者均未产生并发症，治愈出院。结论此病容易与幽门梗阻相混淆，需细心区分其症状，对症治疗才是治疗关键。
Objective To investigate the treatment of gastric outlet obstruction.MethodsAnalysis the data of 44 cases of surgical patients admitted including eight cases of patients with gastric outlet obstruction from April 2012 to January 2013.ResultsAfter treatment, eight patients had no complications, one case wae cured and discharged.ConclusionThe disease is easy to be confused with pyloric obstruction and should be careful distinguished on its symptoms .Symptomatic treatment is the key to the treatment.
