The Case of the First Symptom of Syphilis Reported and Literature Review of Neck Masses

目的通过一例以颈部肿物为首发症状的梅毒患者的个案报道为临床确诊颈部肿物提供参考。方法通过文献复习分析咽梅毒的诊断方法,探讨该病的治疗。结果耳鼻咽喉是梅毒在性器官以外常见的发病部位,耳鼻喉科医生对此病的认识不足,临床上容易漏诊或误诊。结论临床接诊颈部肿物患者时要认真思考,并且根据病史,体格检查,实验室检查及特殊检查方可做出明确诊断。

Objective The case of the neck tumor cases the ifrst symptom of syphilis reported to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis of neck masses.Methods The literature review analysis pharyngeal syphilis diagnostic methods to explore the treatment of the disease.Results Otolaryngology syphilis common anatomical site outside the genitals, lack of awareness of the disease otolaryngologist, clinical easily missed or misdiagnosed.ConclusionThe clinical admissions neck tumor patients should seriously consider, and make a diagnosis based on history, physical examination, laboratory tests and special examinations only.
