摘要
目的探讨护理干预在糖尿病治疗过程中的作用。方法对50例糖尿病患者进行护理评估,确定护理诊断,实施护理干预措施,观察血糖,并发症等临床效果。结果患者临床症状基本消失,血糖控制较好。结论全面系统的护理干预对糖尿病的控制和并发症的发生有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of nursing intervention in the course of the treatment of diabetes.Methods 50 cases of diabetes were made a nursing assessment and diagnosis to determine the implementation of nursing interventions and observe blood sugar and complications. Results The clinical symptoms disappeared with a better control of blood glucose.Conclusion Comprehensive system of care and intervention plays a important role in diabetes control and complications.
