护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者依从性的作用分析

Function Analysis of the Nursing Intervention on Compliance of Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B

目的：探讨护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者依从性的作用。方法选取2013年1月~2014年10月我院接收的94例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为本次研究的对象，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各有47例患者，对照组采用基础护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施护理干预，比较两组患者的依从性。结果对比两组患者的依从性，观察组要明显优于对照组，χ^2=12.136，P=0.000,差异统计学具有意义。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者实施护理干预，能够有效改善患者的紧张、自卑与孤单心理，增强患者的依从性，改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect on compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 94 cases of chronic hepatitis b patients were received as research object, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 47 patients. Patients＇ compliance of two groups was compared. Results The observation group was better than control group with statistical significance （x^=12.136, P=12.136）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention in patients with chronic hepatitis B can effectively improve the patient＇s stress and enhance the patient＇s compliance.
