脑梗塞患者早期溶栓治疗后行护理干预的效果观察

Observation Effect After Nursing Intervention for Early Thrombolytic Therapy in Patients With Cerebral Infarction

目的：脑梗塞患者早期溶栓治疗后行护理干预的效果观察。方法选取2013年8月～2014年8月我院收治的脑梗塞患者68例，分为两组，均给予其早期溶栓治疗，在此基础上给予对照组患者常规护理，研究组则实施护理干预，观察两组护理效果。结果护理后，研究组NIHSS评分下降程度、Barthel评分上升程度，与对照组比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论脑梗塞患者早期溶栓治疗后行护理干预的效果较好。

Objective Observation effect after nursing intervention for early thrombolytic therapy in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 68 cases of cerebral infarction patients were divided into two groups from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital and were given the early thrombolysis treatment. On the basis of former treatment, the control group patients were given routine nursing care and the research group were given the implementation of nursing intervention. Nursing effect of two groups was observed.Results After nursing, compared with the control group, the decreae degree of Barthel score and the rising degree of NIHSS score for research group was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Early thrombolytic therapy in patients with cerebral infarction after nursing intervention effect is effective.
