消化道溃疡患者的临床护理干预

Clinical Nursing Intervention of Patients With Gastrointestinal Ulcer

目的探析消化道溃疡患者的护理效果。方法选取我院2013年2月～2014年2月间收治的消化道溃疡患者41例，研究组采取综合护理模式，对照组采取常规护理模式。结果研究组症状缓解时间（413±1．02）天与住院时间（7．26±1．14）天，少于对照组（7．41±1．59）天、（985±2．44）天，总有效率相对较高，两组护理效果，P〈0．05差异有统计学意义。结论消化道溃疡患者采取综合护理模式可以缓解临床症状，缩短康复进程，效果满意。

Objective To explore nursing effect of patients with gastrointestinal ulcer. Methods Selected 41 patients of gastrointestinal ulcer who are received and treated in hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 and separate them into study group which are given comprehensive nursing and control group which are given conventional nursing. Results patients＇ symptom-relieving time （4.13±1.02） day and their hospitalization days （7.26±1.14） day are significantly less than counterparts in control group （7.41±1.59）day, （9.85±2.44） day, besides, treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than that. in control group, there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is conducive to relieving clinical symptoms and shortening recovery course of gastrointestinal ulcer patients with favorable effects.
