糖尿病合并带状疱疹40例护理体验与体会

Experience About 40 Cases of Diabetic Patients With Herpes Zoster Nursing

目的探分析糖尿病合并带状疱疹的护理体验与体会。方法选取40例糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施循证护理。结果试验组患者血糖改善优于对照组,症状消退时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者中的护理效果较好。

Objective To analyze experience of nursing about the diabetic patients with herpes zoster.Methods40 cases of herpes zoster patients with diabetes mellitus for the study were randomly divided into control group and observation group, patients in the control group were given the implementation of routine care, observation group implementing evidence-based care.Results Improvement of blood sugar in observation group patient was better than the control group, the symptoms subside time and hospital stay time were shorter than the control group and the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing care in diabetic patients with herpes zoster is improved.
