摘要
目的总结妇产科剖腹产手术中增强心理护理的方法经验。方法对62例剖腹产手术产妇除常规护理外,增强术前、术中、术后的心理护理。结果对缓解产妇的紧张心理、预防术后并发症、降低手术风险有重要意义,并取得了良好的效果。结论对产妇进行良好的心理护理,是增强产妇手术满意度、提高产科手术质量的重要措施。
Objective To summarize experience of enhancing psychological nursing in cesarean section in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 62 cases of cesarean section in addition to the routine nursing care, were given maternal enhance preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative mental care.ResultsPsychological nursing achieved good results and was important to alleviate the stress of maternal psychological, preventing the postoperative complications and reduce the operation risk. Conclusion The maternal good psychological nursing is effective measure to enhance patient’s satisfaction and to improve the quality of obstetric operation.
