社区老年人生活质量及其社区护理需求的调查探讨

Investigation on Quality of Life and Care Needs of the Elderly in the Community

目的研究并探讨社区老年人生活质量及其社区护理需求,为社区开展老年人健康促进工作提供可靠的依据。方法通过发放调查问卷,调查本社区的老年人的生活质量和社区护理需求以及影响因素,并对调查结果进行分析。结果调查问卷总共发放186份,有效问卷回收185份,回收率为99.5%。185名老年人当中有74名(40%)患有1种疾病,有112名(60%)患有多种疾病,老年人所患疾病的前3位分别是白内障、高血压和慢性支气管炎。有158位(35.4%)老年人对社区护理、康复指导、家庭病床、日间护理中心和心理健康服务不了解。结论大部分老年人对社区护理的需求较高,但知晓率和利用率较低。社区应该通过多种形式的护理服务,满足老年人的护理需求,提高他们的生活质量。

Objective To study and explore the community elderly quality of life and community care needs for providing a reliable basis of health promotion work for the community elderly.Methods Through questionnaires to investigate this community quality of life and community care needs of the elderly combined with the related influence factors, and to analyze the results of the survey.Results Among the total of 186 questionnaires survey, recycling effective questionnaire was 185 with the recovery 99.5%. 186 of 74 （39.8%） among elderly people were suffering from a kind of disease and 119 （64.0%） patients were with a variety of diseases. the first three kinds of disease in the elderly were cataract, hypertension, and chronic bronchitis. There were 158 （85.0%） of elderly with no understanding of community care, rehabilitation guidance, family sickbed, day care centers and mental health services.Conclusion Demands of the most of elderly for community nursing is higher, but the awareness and utilization is low. Community should satisfy the needs of the elderly through a variety of forms of nursing service to improve their quality of life.
