胺碘酮治疗老年人心律失常的疗效分析

Analysis Effect on Amiodarone Medication in Treatment of Elderly Patients With Arrhythmia

目的：探究老年人心律失常患者采用胺碘酮治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年5月~2014年8月收治的34例心律失常的老年人进行治疗，随机分组，实验组18例患者采用胺碘酮的治疗，对照组16例患者给予常规的治疗药物。结果实验组治疗有效率为94.44%，对照组治疗有效率为81.25%，有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。结论心律失常的老年患者给予综合治疗的同时采用胺碘酮的使用，可达到治疗效果，改善症状，提高生活质量。

Objective To explore treatment method and treatment effect of amiodarone medication in treatment of elderly patients with arrhythmia. MethodsGather 34 elderly patients with arrhythmia who are treated in hospital from May 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups at random, 18 patients in study group are given amiodarone medication treatment, while 16 patients in control group are given conventional medication treatment.Results Treatment efifcacy in study group is up to 94.44%, while treatment efficacy in control group is 81.25%, there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.Conclusions for elderly patients with arrhythmia, comprehensive treatment combined with amiodarone medication application is conducive to increasing treatment efficacy, promoting patients’ symptoms and improving patients’ quality of life.
