阿托伐他汀和瑞舒伐他汀对2型糖尿病血脂和高敏C反应蛋白作用效果的对比分析

Analysis the Effect of Atorvastatin and Rosuvastatin on Blood Lipid and High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein in Type 2 Diabetes

目的：观察阿托伐他汀和瑞舒伐他汀对2型糖尿病血脂和高敏C反应蛋白的作用效果。方法选择2013年4月～2013年9月我院收治的2型糖尿病合并血脂异常的患者160例为临床研究对象，随机分为观察组（瑞舒伐他汀组）和对照组（阿托伐他汀组）两组，每组80例。连续治疗八周后观察两组疗效。结果两组患者的TG、LDL-C、TC、高敏C反应蛋白水平都比治疗前明显降低，HDL-C水平较治疗前有明显升高，治疗前后数据对比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。治疗后观察组的TC和LDL-C水平低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在控制2型糖尿病总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白方面，瑞舒伐他汀比阿托伐他汀的效果更为确切。

Objective Observe the atorvastatin and easy cutting statin for type 2 diabetes, blood fat and the effects of high-sensitivity c-reactive protein.Methods Selected 160 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia from April 2013 to September 2013 in our hospital, randomly divided into observation group （rosuvastatin group） and control group （atorvastatin group） in the two groups, 80 cases in each group. For eight weeks after treatment to observe curative effect of the two groups.Results Two groups of patients with TG, LDL - C, TC, high-sensitivity c-reactive protein levels were significantly lower than before treatment, HDL - C levels was significantly elevated, the data comparison before and after treatment, significant difference,P〈0.05, with statistical significance. After treatment the observation group TC and LDL - C were signiifcantly lower than the control group, signiifcant difference,P〈0.05, with statistical significance.ConclusionIn type 2 diabetes control total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein, rosuvastatin is more precise than the effect of atorvastatin.
