摘要
目的观察薄芝糖肽注射液治疗肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取肾小球肾炎患者62例随机分组,观察组采用薄芝糖肽注射液,比较其与采用常规治疗的对照组的临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组患者的BUN、ALB、Scr、TC、TG水平和24 h尿蛋白定量改善情况优于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论薄芝糖肽注射液治疗肾小球肾炎具有疗效,能有效减少尿蛋白,改善肾功能。
Objective To observe the bozhi glycopeptide injection in the treatment of glomerulonephritis efficacy.Methods Selected 62 patients with glomerulonephritis randomized control group with conventional treatment, observation group with bozhi glycopeptide injection, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results After treatment, BUN, ALB, Scr, TC, TG levels and 24 hours urinary protein to improve the situation in the observation group than the control group, The total effective rate was signiifcantly higher,P〈0.05, statistically signiifcant.Conclusion The bozhi glycopeptide injection in the treatment of glomerulonephritis has a signiifcant effect, can reduce urinary protein, improve renal function.
