左乙拉西坦治疗儿童癫痫的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Levetiracetam in Treatment of Children With Epilepsy

目的探讨左乙拉西坦(LEV)在儿童癫痫治疗中的临床效果与安全性。方法选择我院癫痫患儿50例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各25例,观察组给予左乙拉西坦片,对照组给予丙戊酸钠,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果在治疗6个月后,观察组癫痫患儿的治疗总有效率为95.67%,痫样放电消失率为49.23%、总有效率为95.67%,对照组患儿的治疗总有效率为69.0%,痫样放电消失率19.0%和总有效率为69.0%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。治疗前两组患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)水平比较,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学差异,治疗后,两组患者与治疗前相比NSE均下降,观察组下降P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者的不良反应发生率,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学差异。结论左乙拉西坦治疗儿童癫痫效果好,安全性高,不良反应少,具有神经保护作用,可作为临床治疗癫痫的广谱一线药。

Objective To investigate the effects of levetiracetam （LEV） clinical effect and safety in treatment of children with epilepsy.Methods In our hospital in children with epilepsy in 50 cases, the observation group was given Levetiracetam Tablets, control group was given sodium valproate, comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. ResultsChildren with epilepsy were observed in treatment group the total effective rate was 95.67%, the epileptiform discharges disappeared rate was 49.23% and the total effective rate was 95.67%, the treatment of the control group were the total efifciency is 69%, the epileptiform discharges disappeared rate was 19% and the total effective rate was 69%. Two group, there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effect of levetiracetam treatment of children with epilepsy, high safety, can be used as a clinical treatment of epilepsy broad-spectrum ifrst-line drugs.
