泮托拉唑钠、木糖醇注射液配伍后治疗消化道出血的效果观察

To Observe the Effect of Digestive Tract Hemorrhage Treated With Pantoprazole Sodium and Xylitol Injection Compatibility

目的对泮托拉唑钠联合木糖醇注射液配伍后治疗消化道出血的效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取我院曾收治的100例消化道出血患者,将其作为本次的研究对象,并分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用泮托拉唑钠联合生理盐水配伍后治疗,观察组患者采用泮托拉唑钠联合木糖醇注射液配伍后治疗。结果经过治疗后,观察组总有效率98%,对照组总有效率为78%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用泮托拉唑钠联合木糖醇注射液配伍后治疗能够有效缓解患者的各临床症状,降低患者的不良反应发生率,治疗效果较为显著。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of treatment of hemorrhage of digestive tract of pantoprazole sodium combined with xylitol Injection compatibility.Methods In our hospital had treated 100 cases of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, takes it as the research object of this, and divided into the observation group and the control group, patients in the control group using pantoprazole sodium combined with physiological saline compatibility after the treatment, the observation group were treated by pantoprazole sodium combined with xylitol Injection after combined treatment.Results After treatment, the observation group total effectiveness 98%, the comparison group total effectiveness is 78%, the curative effect between two groups was signiifcantly （P〈0.05）, with statistical signiifcance. Conclusion Treatment with pantoprazole sodium combined with xylitol Injection compatibility can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction of patients, the treatment effect is more obvious.
