三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Triple Therapy About Gastric Ulcer

目的：三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床效果，总结临床经验。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月我院治疗的82例胃溃疡患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均应用克拉霉素和阿莫西林联合治疗，在此基础上，对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗，观察组给予埃索美拉唑。结果观察组疗效优于对对照组，且患者血清炎性因子水平显著低于对照组， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；两组不良反应率无明显差异，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论埃索美拉唑联合阿莫西林和克拉霉素三联疗法治疗胃溃疡疗效确切，安全可靠。

Objective Study the effect of triple therapy for treatment of gastric ulcer, summarize clinical experience.Methods Selected 82 cases of gastric ulcer patients from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were applied clarithromycin and amoxicillin combination therapy, on this basis, the control group therapy with omeprazole, the observation group treated with esomeprazole.Results The observation group was signiifcantly better than for the control group, and the CPR, TNF-α, IL-6 was signiifcantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the two groups no significant difference in adverse events （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Effects of esomeprazole combined with amoxicillin and clarithromycin triple therapy for the treatment of gastric ulcer is accurate, safe and reliable.
