定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘热哮证的效果分析

Clinical Analysis on Dingchuan Decoction in Treatment of Bronchial Asthma Complicated With Heat Asthma

目的：探究支气管哮喘热哮证患者采用定喘汤的治疗方法和效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年8月收治的35例支气管哮喘热哮证患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组18例患者给予定喘汤的治疗，对照组17例患者选择常规药物治疗，对比治疗效果。结果实验组治疗有效率为94.44%，对照组治疗有效率为82.35%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论支气管哮喘热哮证患者采用定喘汤治疗，能够明显缓解咳嗽、喘促等症状，药物安全性高，不良反应率低，效果显著。

Objective To explore dingchuan decoction treatment method and its effect in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma complicated with heat asthma.Methods Choose 35 patients with bronchial asthma complicated with heat asthma who are treated in hospital from April 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups at random,18 patients in study group are given dingchuan decoction treatment, while 17 patients in control group are given conventional medication treatment, and then compare treatment effects between two groups.Results Treatment efifcacy in study group is up to 94.44%, while treatment efifcacy in control group is 82.35%; there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.Conclusions For patients with bronchial asthma complicated with heat asthma, dingchuan decoction is of efifcacy and medication safety to improve patients’ symptoms of coughing, short and rapid breathing and cardiac function with little side-effect incidence..
