中国工业增速长期偏高的状态将转到与潜在经济生产率相适应的轨道上来;工业与农业、建筑业和服务业长期在不同程度上存在的失衡状态将转到协调发展的轨道上来;工业增长长期主要依靠要素投入的状态将转到主要依靠科技进步的轨道上来。这些将构成中国工业发展的最重要新趋势。
The high growth rate of china＇s industry for a long time will get on the track that adapts to the poten-tial economic productivity;the imbalance of industry and agriculture,construction and service industry will be re-placed by coordinated development;the industrial growth mainly depends on more on production elements,but on the progress of science and technology.These will constitute the most important new trend in china＆#39;s industrial de-velopment.
