摘要
为了解贵州省规模化猪场猪病毒性腹泻的流行情况,从5个地区9个规模化猪场采集的腹泻仔猪的粪便和病死猪的肠内容物及肠系膜淋巴结共66份,采用PCR或RT-PCR方法,分别进行猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)、猪轮状病毒(RV)和猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)的核酸检测。结果显示,PEDV、TGEV、RV和PCV-2检出率分别为72.72%、1.52%、12.12%和3.03%;PEDV/PCV-2、PEDV/RV、PEDV/TGEV混合感染率分别为3.03%、15.2%和1.52%,总混合感染率为19.70%,其中5个猪场为PEDV单独感染。结果表明,贵州省部分地区规模化猪场发生腹泻病的主要病原为PEDV,其次是TGEV、RV和PCR-2,且存在混合感染,为贵州省猪病毒性腹泻的防控提供一定的参考资料。
To understand porcine viral diarrhea prevalence in parts of Guizhou province, feces of piglets with diar- rhea and intestinal contents and mesenteric lymph nodes of dead pigs were collected (66 samples in total) from nine large-scale pig farms in five regions. By PCR or RT-PCR, those samples were detected for porcine epidemic diar- rhea virus (PEDV), porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV), porcine rotavirus (RV) and porcine cir- covirus type 2 (PCV-2), respectively. The results showed that the detection rate of PEDV, TGEV, RV and PCV- 2were 72.72%, 1.52%, 12. 12% and 1.52% the mixed infection rate of PEDV / PCV-2, PEDV/RV, PEDV/ TGEV were 3.03%, 15.2% and 1.52%; the total mixed infection rate was 19. 70%, and there were five farms with the single infection of PEDV. The results show that, diarrheas happened in large scaled pig farms in partial areas of Guizhou province mainly resulted from PEDV, and TGEV, RV and PCV-2 are also major pathogens.
