摘要
目的:研究观察新活素(冻干重组人脑利钠肽,rhBNP)对高龄慢性心力衰竭患者血浆NT-proBNP及LEVF的影响。方法:选取2012年3月至2014年6月80例在我院接受治疗的高龄慢性心力衰竭患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例患者。其中对照组患者进行常规的抗心衰治疗;观察组患者则使用新活素进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血浆NT-proBNP水平及LEVF值的差异变化以及治疗后的总有效率,对其结果进行分析比较。结果:经治疗后两组患者的IFN-γ、HBDB和LDH水平都有所下降,不过观察组的下降程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗后观察组患者发生呕吐、恶心的事例明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组出现胸闷和乏力的不良反应并无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:新活素用于治疗高龄慢性心力衰竭患者可以明显降低患者血浆NT-proBNP水平以及提高LEVF值,这对于患者的治疗具有积极有效地作用,可以提高患者治疗的总有效率,并具有很好地安全性,在临床上值得使用。
Objective： To study nesiritide （Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide, rhBNP ） effect on NT-proBNP and LEVF in plasma of patients with chronic heart failure in the elderly. Method： From Mar. 2012 to Jun. 2014, 80 cases elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital, They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine anti heart failure treatment; patients in the observation group was used rhB- NP. And then observed the changes of plasma levels of NT-proBNP and LEVF value of difference between the two groups before and after treatment,after treatment the total effective rate were compared and analyzed. Result： After treatment, The IFN- gamma, HBDB and LDH levels of patients in two groups were de- creased but the decreasing degree of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; After chemotherapy, vomiting and nausea cases in observation group were lower than that of control group （P〈 0.05） , but the two groups had adverse, there is no obvious difference in chest tightness and fatigue between the reaction （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： rhBNP for the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure can obviously decrease the plasma level of NT- proBNP, and enhance the value of the LEVF, which has a positive and efficient effects on the patients, can improve the total efficiency, and has good security, it is worth spreading in clinical.
