马来酸依那普利叶酸片在伴有同型半胱氨酸升高型高血压病患者治疗中的作用评估

The Efficacy of Enalapril Maleate Folate Acid Tablets in Treating High Homocysteine Hypertensive Patients

目的:探讨马来酸依那普利叶酸片对于同型半胱氨酸升高型原发性高血压的治疗效果。方法:选择80例伴有血浆同型半胱氨酸升高的原发性高血压患者随机分配到2个治疗组中,分别接受依那普利10.0mg、马来酸依那普利叶酸片10.0mg/0.8mg,每日1次,分别于入选时、治疗8周后检测患者血压及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,进行统计学分析,分析两组治疗方法是否存在显著性差异。结果:相对于依那普利组,马来酸依那普利叶酸片组降低血压及同型半胱氨酸的效果更明显﹙P<0.01﹚。结论:马来酸依那普利叶酸片对于伴有同型半胱氨酸升高的原发性高血压患者,马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗效果更佳。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of enalapril maleate folate acid tablets in the treatment of high homocysteine hypertensive patients.Method：Patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups：Enalapril 10.0mg/d;Enalapril maleate 10.0mg and folic acid 0.8mg/d, measured blood pressure and plasma homocysteine levels when selected, respectively retested blood pressure, plasma homocysteine levels after 8weeks, and then statistical analysed if there was significant difference of two groups.Result：The groups given enalapril maleate was significantly higher effective in lowering both blood pressure and plasma homocysteine level﹙P〈0.01 ﹚.Conclusion：Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets can be used to reduce blood pressure and plasma homocysteine level in hypertensive patients.
