摘要 为保证矫直质量,钢管矫直辊曲线在设计时应满足全接触条件。通过在矫直辊上任一点截取垂直平面,将复杂的空间解析几何变为简单的平面几何问题,根据圆与椭圆相切的数学公式推导出计算矫直辊半径的数学公式,通过计算机逐点计算,设计出矫直辊曲线数据,满足了数控机床上精确加工矫直辊的需要。在此基础上,计算出不同规格管材辊子调角最佳接触效果。 The curve of pipe straightening roll shall match the conditions of full contact in design in order to ensure straightening quality. A vertical plane is taken from a random point on straightening roll and then a complicated issue of space analytic geometry changes into that of simple plane geometry. A mathematical formula for calculating the radius of straightening roll is derived according to the mathematical formula for the tangency of circle with ellipse. Through point-to-point calculation by computer, the data of straightening roll curve are designed to meet the requirement by the precise machining of NC machine tool. On this basis, the optimal contact effect of angle modulation of straightening roll for pipe of with different specifications is calculated.
