摘要
阐述了煤镜质组反射率测定技术在天铁的应用过程。将自动试验数据与半自动测定结果进行对比,结果表明,半自动试验结果精密度更高,能够为煤场和炼焦配煤提供可靠数据,稳定了焦炭质量,优化了配煤方案,提高了经济效益。
The paper describes the application process of vitrinite reflectivity measurement technology at Tiantie. Automatic test data were compared with semiautomatic measurement results. Results showed semiautomatic test could give highly precise results, provide reliable data for coal yard and coal blending at coking process, stabilize coke quality, optimize coal blending plan and raise economic benefits.
