摘要
为了降低吨钢新水耗量,节能减排,保护环境,天津冶金集团轧三钢铁有限公司根据发展用水需要以及环保等要求,建设了钢铁废水处理及回用工程。该工程设计处理规模为4 500 m3/d,采用超滤、反渗透、钠离子交换器等处理工艺,处理出水作为循环水补水。介绍了该工程的工艺流程,主要构筑物的设计原理及参数。
Tianjin Metallurgy Group Zhasan Steel Company Limited constructed the treatment and re- covery system for waste water from steel production in order to fulfill the demand on water by develop- ment and environmental protection. Its designed treating capacity is 4 500 m3/d and the treatment pro- cesses of ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and sodium ion exchanger are adopted. The treated water is used as make-up water for circulating water and its quality meets standard requirement. The water de- mand by processes of iron-making, steel-making and boiler is fulfilled and prominent environmental, e- conomic and social benefits are obtained.
