摘要 温拌再生沥青混合料是一种节能、环保、体现循环经济的新型路用材料,但众多工程实例表明,温拌剂的掺入通常会导致沥青混合料水稳定性降低。因此,改善温拌再生沥青混合料的水稳定性是当前路用材料研究的关键问题之一。依托实体工程,通过对采用不同矿料类型、不同RAP回收料掺量,添加抗剥落剂、界面分散剂以及采用常用无机结合料进行处治等温拌沥青混合料方案进行比较,实测温拌再生沥青混合料冻融前后的劈裂强度,并提出适用于依托工程的最佳水稳定性方案。 Warm mix recycled asphalt mixture is a new road material that embodies energy conservation, environmental protection and cyclic economy,but multiple project examples show that mix of warm mixing agents will usually lead to reduction of water stability of asphalt mixture.Therefore,improvement of water stability of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture is one of key problems in current research on road materials. Dependent on a practical project,this paper measures the splitting strength of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture before and after freeze -thaw by comparing the schemes of warm mix asphalt mixture including adoption of different types of mineral aggregates,different mixing amount of RAP reclaimed materials, addition of anti -stripping agents and interfacial spreading agents as well as adoption of common inorganic binders,etc.,and proposes the optimal scheme of water stability applicable to the dependent project.
