摘要
用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)工艺在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)基片上沉积了Bi4LaTi3FeO15(BLTFO)薄膜。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对其微观结构进行了表征,用铁电测试仪和阻抗分析仪分别对其电学性能进行了测试。结果表明,所制备的薄膜为纯相四层层状钙钛矿结构,表面起伏度小、颗粒致密,厚度约为350nm。室温下,BLTFO薄膜显示出良好的铁电性能和介电性能,其剩余极化值2Pr为32.87μC/cm2。在300kHz下,相对介电常数εr为370,介电损耗tanδ为0.024。
With 0.02%VE, 0.02%PG, 0.02%TBHQ and 0.02% polyphenols as antioxidants, use peroxide value (POV) for evaluation to study the effects of light, temperature on the oxidation stability of cod liver oil. The result shows that light and temperature have significant effects on the auto-oxidation process of cod liver oil; 0. 02% VE, 0.02% PG, 0.02% TBHQ and 0.02% polyphenols have good antioxidative effects. Antioxidative effects of 0. 02% TBHQ and 0.02% polyphenols are better than antioxidative effects of 0.02% VEand 0.02% PG.
