摘要
近位电门电子组件(PSEU)是波音737NG飞机的重要部件,用于处理飞机的各类部件的位置信息,PSEU接收空地信号、起落架位置信号、起飞形态、舱门位置等,并发送控制信号给需要的系统,用于飞机正常飞行的操纵,并能操作起落架转换活门及空地继电器,确保飞机以安全的状态飞行。数字飞行、飞行管理、自动油门等30多个系统或部件都与PSEU关联,如果PSEU获得的信号不正确就会发出告警信息,影响飞机的正常飞行,需及时的处理或纠正。对PSEU的工作原理、使用方法、常见问题及处理措施进行总结分析,使维护人员加深了解该系统,正确使用PSEU,缩短排除故障时间,提高排除故障效率,同时也给与此相关的研究项目提供参考。
PSEU(Proximity switch electronics unit)is an important component on 737 NG aircraft which process lots of position information.PSEU receives signals from air/ground,landing gear,takeoff configuration,doors and send signals to other systems that is for the flight control,landing gear transfer valve and air/ground relays.PSEU connects with about 30 systems like Digital flight,flight management auto throttle and so on.If PSEU gets abnormal signal,that will affect the normal flight and it should be deal with timely.The PSEU system is introduced,operational and fault analysis which can let maintainer have a thorough understanding,short the time and improve the efficiency of trouble shooting,also can give a reference to the study project which relative to this.
