江苏省城市人居环境质量评价研究

Research on Quality-evaluation on the Environment of Urban Human Settlement of Jiangsu Province

随着社会、经济的快速发展，公众对人居环境的要求越来越高，如何对人居环境质量进行评价成为众多学者关注的焦点。文章以经济环境、社会环境、生态环境和文化环境4个一级指标，13个二级指标，37个三级指标构，建了江苏省城市人居环境质量综合评价的指标体系；并给出了城市人居环境发展状况的标准化处理方法和计算方法；对江苏省13个省辖市进入21世纪后的2000—2013年的人居环境质量进行了评价分析。结果表明：江苏省城市人居环境质量整体逐年提高，城市之间人居环境质量得分差值逐渐缩小，但全省人居环境质量明显呈梯度分布，城市人居环境质量时空差异显著，呈现出与经济发展水平相似的从南到北依次递减的空间分布特征。

With the rapid development of society and economy, the public puts increasingly high demands on the human settlement environment, and how to evaluate the quality of human settlement environment has become the focus of attention of many scholars. Based on 4 level one involving economic, social, eco-environmental and cultural elements, 13 level two and 37 level three index, the author constructs a index system of comprehensive evaluation of urban residential environment quality of Jiangsu Province, China, and presents the standard methods for processing and calculating the development status of urban human settlement environment, and analyzes the residential environment quality from 2000 to 2013 in 13 municipalities directly under the provincial government. The results shows that： the urban human settlement environment quality on the whole is improved year by year; and the score differences of urban human settlement environment quality between cities are gradually reduced; but the distribution of residential environment quality shows obvious temporal and special gradient, demonstrating the characteristics similar to economic development decreasing from south to north.
